Our prime objectives are complete privacy in respect of all dealings with you.

All staff have to sign a confidentiality / secrecy agreement to cover all our activities, including mail scanning & mail forwarding.Your personal details are stored on a secure server - hard copies are not taken, other than in respect of verification compliance. All mail is date stamped, when received. Once scanned, your original mail is stored in a fire proof safe until destruction. When shredded, your mail is then collected for full destruction by data shredders.Your mailbox password is known only to you.  If you lose it, we will only contact you through your original signing-on email address. We do not accept service of court documents in respect of any litigation, civil or criminal.Your data on our servers is always fully encrypted

Refunds and cancellation Policy

Your initial contract is for a minimum of 3 calendar months.
Your may cancell at any time after the 3 months by giving one months notice, simply by emailing us at admin@poboxesemail.com   Any refund that may be due to you will be returned to he account you paid with, within 30 days from when your service is terminated.
