We have a plan that suits all users and all budgets for our mail scanning and mail forwarding service with a po box. We allow two users per po box account, provided we have ID for both of them, e.g. individual and a company. Sign up takes just 60 seconds and once your email is verified you can start using the service instantly. All post is opened, envelope scanned both sides and all contents uploaded to your account immediately. You are then notified of this via email and you can log in, view and download the contents or set to store, forward or securely recycle.

Pay Monthly Minimum 3 month agreement. Recurring monthly payments until notification of cancellation.

Our London address in Wimbledon, SW19, give a prestigious address in the worlds No 1 city. The plans are similar to our Darlington price plans, but cost a little more due to higher rents.

Mail Forwarding

We at Poboxes.com also offer a Mail forwarding service, providing you with one of our Darlington POBoxes.com addresses. Your mail is then collected during the week and sent in a packet on the Friday. It is sent every Friday unless no mail is received, in which case you are notified by email of no post.

Virtual Offices

We, at POBoxes.com, offer a Virtual Office Service, providing you with either a Wimbledon, London or Darlington office address. All mail is opened (as per Scan Service), the envelope scanned both sides and all contents uploaded to your account immediately. You are then notified, via email, that your mail is uploaded : you can then log in, read / download your mail or set to store or forward or securely delete. In addition, your own business mail to your clients can be posted from within the U.K. : you forward your mail (already sealed in envelopes or packaged) to us, we then forward by Post or carrier to your clients.

We give you a Darlington or London address.
We offer a standard service & light user service

Light User 15 items of mail per month: 60 pages scan per month :

Standard User 50 items of mail per month : 150 page scans per month any additional page scans cost will be agreed in advance

Large bundle of documents

If we receive an envelope with a large number of pages, we will only scan the first 2 pages & the last, which you can read, & then instruct us to scan the rest, or not. This means your monthly allowance will not unnecessarily be used up.

Price Fix Promise

We guarantee to fix your signup price for at least 2 years, and then any possible increase will be no more than inflation+5%.

Parcels

A flat rate of £10 + p&p is charged for the handling and forwarding of all parcels and international packages.
