We will require the following additional documentation to set up the account but this will be done just as quickly as a normal signup for our mail scanning or mail forwarding service.

We require the following:

1. Copy of certificate of incorporation

2. Address of principal place of business

3. Standard ID for a director, as per an individual

POBoxes.com Email Address

Included in a POBoxes account is an email address. Similar to any standard email address, available to access online or via a mail client, phone or tablet.  Our email addresses are set up to use POP3 so all emails are available on all devices when set up correctly.  The username you select during creation will also act as the first part of your email address, for example:   username@poboxesusers.com The email password is the same as your PoBoxes account login password.
