Q. Who uses POBoxes.com?
A. We have a wide range of customers using the po box service including students, directors, back packers, landlords, caravan owners, house boat owners, civil servants, consultants, small businesses, ebay sellers, expats, charity workers, extended holiday makers, who need our mail scanning and mail forwarding service.
Q. Can I have 2 names linked to my mailbox?
A. We offer a limit of 2 names per mailbox, ID is required for both users.
Q. Can I use my given address as my Company's Registered Address?
A. Yes, however we will need to receive further documentation, please contact us directly for more information on firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Can you receive parcels?
A. We do receive parcels but we do not consider ourselves an online shopping solution and for this reason there is a flat charge of £10 + p&p for and parcels received and forwarded. Please note, all parcels will be opened and checked to make sure all is legal.
Q. How long will it take before the envelope scan appears on my account?
A. Once the mail has been delivered to us, they are scanned and uploaded within 2 hours. (Mon-Fri)
Q. What quality is my post scanned at?
A. Scanning is at a minimum of 150dpi. Depending on the item itself, we will use our personal judgement to increase the quality for pages with small print or photo images. If you have any feedback regarding the quality, please email us and we will always try accommodate your wishes.
Q. Do you scan any envelopes provided within the letter?
A. We will scan any addressed envelopes, however blank envelopes with not be scanned as we want you to get the most out of your inclusive scans with your po box service.
Q. How long after asking for a scan of an envelope's contents will they be online to view?
A. During office hours we aim for a 1 hour turn around at most. (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm)

A. Our business is based on customer satisfaction and security.
Q. Why do you offer far more scans than other firms compared to mail received?
A. We firmly believe that an envelope can sometimes tell you just as much as the contents of the envelope itself. Post marks, return address and branding are all essential information. It is for this reason that we scan both the front and back of any envelope for you to view and include these in the page scans.
Q. Can I address the post in a different name other than the users of the account?
A. No, we only have the legal power to open post addressed to the verified account holders.
Q. Im not receiving notifications or my email verification?
A. Please check your spam box. You man need to add email@example.com to your contact or safe list.
Q. I have requested that a letter is forwarded, when will it be sent?
A. Any letters forwarded will be sent that day, aslong as we are notified by 4pm. The letter will be sent 1st Class recorded, (P&P cost is £2)
